A great opportunity has just come around for a Senior level Structural Engineer to join an expanding building Structures team in Stockton. This role will allow you to fulfil your potential in one of the largest global professional services engineering companiesthat will provide you with unlimited progression, should you excel in your role.What the role involves:* Develop innovative and sustainable designs for a huge range of challenging projects, ranging from major power / energy projects (renewables, grid network and nuclear) to large scale industrial, residential, healthcare, education, and defence.* Take a lead role in the structural design elements of multi - disciplinary design projects.* Be part of a team that will be a fundamental part of delivering net zero and UK climate change targets.* You should ideally be chartered or be in final preparations for Chartered review* You should have developed drawing and sketching skills to be able to produce drawings to illustrate concept appraisals, feasibility studies and final design details.* With limited supervision and guidance, you will solve structural engineering problems using a variety of suitable methods of analysis and media, including both traditional methods using hand calculations and computer analysis.This is an opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and high profile major multi - disciplinary development projects across the region and the world.
