Job Description

Bennett and Game are currently working with a leading civil engineering contractor covering the Northeast, Yorkshire and Humber areas. With only the best quality and time efficiency in mind, their expertise covers many forms of civil engineering, Remediation,Roads & Sewers, Retaining Structures, Plot Works & External Finishing.Our client is looking for a full-time Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their successful Commercial Team at their head office in Stockton. A competitive, market driven package will be offered to right candidate.Graduate Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

Support and/or manage residential Roads/Sewer and Groundwork sites
Build and maintain client relationships.
Conduct timely valuations and process payments to the supply chain.
Identifying, valuing and agreement of any variations from drawing design changes and incidental type works requested on site.
Analyse budgets and ensure compliance with contracted responsibilities.
Production of monthly profit & loss reporting

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Maths/Statistics/Economics or a Construction/Commercial discipline
Maths qualification at GCSE (minimum grade 6) or A-Level (minimum grade B
Full right to work in the UK (unfortunately our client does not accept a post Grad Visa)
Experience in Quantity Surveyor role as part of internship or
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Full Driving Licence
