Experience within our industry is essential,we are committed to providing you with the full tools and support required to carry out your rolewithin Jewson.As this role has a strong focus on customer service, we are looking for someone who loves to build relationships with Customers both face to face and over the phone.Role PurposeTo assist the Business Unit in the acquisition of sales and developmentof existing accounts in branch and to ensure that any lapsed or dormant accounts are re-activated.Duties:

  • Find and develop new business via cold calling, lead follow ups, and
general customer interaction.
  • Support customers with the on-boarding of their account, ensuring the designs convert to sales
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of customers to maintain and
improve profitability
  • Simplify the customer experience by ensuring close management of all
owned accounts
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements,
expanding relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meetthe customers needs
  • Work with all functions and branch teams to ensure that all opportunities
