Job Description

Senior Technical Account ManagerStockton-on-Tees-/Hybrid£36,000 - £45,000 (+ Uncapped OTE)My client is an MSP that has been successful since they opened their first office over 16 years ago - now after recently opening their 7th office, theyre looking to expand their Stockton-on-Tees-based team. There is an award-winning business that now employsover 140+ tech wizards and prioritizes the development of its staff to excel the business forward.Main Duties:

  • Operate as the main point of contact for your direct clients
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships
  • Work closely with designated project managers to plan + manage + sign off on projects for your clients
  • Influence the technologies chosen to support your client
  • Have a strong knowledge
Personal Requirements:
  • A strong technical knowledge - mainly Microsoft applications and software
  • A technical background
  • Exposure to persuading/influencing/negotiating
  • Background in a client/customer-facing role
