Job Description

Registered ManagerPriority Healthcare are recruiting for a talented Registered Manager for a children’s home in theStockton-on-Tees area.Job type: Full time - 40 hours per weekPay: £52,000 per annum

  • Initially this roleis to manage and lead the home whilst looking after the young individuals in there.
  • Ensure children receive excellent levels of emotional and physical care whilst promoting their independence
  • To manage the budget of the home
  • Providing leadership to the employees and ensuring the safety of all individuals
  • Complying and exceeding all regulatory standards
  • Managing the team and provideleadership
Schedule:
  • Monday - Sunday
  • 08:00-22:00
  • Mixture offull and half days. Nights shifts occasionally.
The client and the role:
  • Clients have Learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and Epilepsy
  • Requires management skills
  • Individual lovesgoing out into the community
  • Promoting independence
  • Permenant role
The successful applicant:
  • Must hold a valid driving license
  • Have experience doingmanagement
  • Hold NVQ/QCFL5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management
  • Have a minimum of 6 months care experience within the UK
  • Hold a Level 3 diploma in Health & Social care
