As they continue to expand there operations, they are seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager to join there team and lead there GRP production processes.Position Overview: They are looking for an accomplished Production Manager with expertise in Glass Reinforced Plastic manufacturing ideally (Not essential). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production of GRPproducts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. As the Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our position as a leader in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Production Oversight: Manage and coordinate all aspects of the GRP production process, from raw material intake to finished product delivery.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a skilled production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality GRP products that meet or exceed industry standards.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and increased efficiency, implementing changes as needed to enhance overall production performance.Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, including raw materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet production targets and deadlines.Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and secure working environment for all team members.Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to facilitate smooth communication and coordination throughout the production process.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £38,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
