Procurement LeadStockton£37,500 + BenefitsWe are currently looking for a Procurement Lead ideally with Experience working with efficient management of planning, land, environment and biomass contracts and issues. To work on a Monday to Friday basis, based in Stockton, with the initial goal of supportinga Large CHP Facility.Alecto Recruitment are currently working with a Large Power Generation Company, who are looking to expand their team in the coming weeks.Job BriefTo support the Head of Procurement with all Operational Procurement requirements.During this role, you will be required to;* Efficient management of Biomass, Environment, Land and Planning contracts and matters. * Ensuring consistent plant fuel supply within renewable regulatory standards (RO) and specifications. * Consumables procurement including urea and lubricants, dealing with the environmental permit and disposal of waste bioliquids. * Ensuring plant compliance with Ofgem Sustainability Requirements. * Completion and passing of the Annual Sustainability Audit.Requirements* A level or equivalent in a business or commercial subject. * Working towards or be MCIPS qualified* Contract management including delivering supply chain efficiencies & performance. * Data and market analysis leading to effective consumable procurement. * Application/updating of Procurement systems and procedures.Package Details* Salary is £37,500 a year. * This role is worked on a Monday to Friday.* This opportunity comes with a vast amount of training and a clear progression route within the company.The Person* This role would suit an experienced person with experience within any Heavy Industry environment. * This opportunity comes with a vast amount of training and a clear progression route within the company. * Ideally someone with the eye for detail and good communication skills.To apply for this role please send your CV or call Ashley on for more information.
