PPA TeacherAre you looking to secure a teaching position in the future Do you have experience working across KS1 & KS2If the answers are yes, we may have the perfect job role for you.A two-form entry primary school in Stockton-on-tees are looking to appoint an experienced fully qualified teacher to join their friendly, hard-working team. The role is to start from the start of the new academic year in September 2021 and will be on full-time basis, working 5 days per week, Monday-Friday. You are required to work across the whole of the school covering PPA & delivering KS1 interventions. The role is to take over from the schools current ‘PPA Teacher’ who is retiring at the end of the year. You will be required to deliver Math’s, English and Phonics intervention sessions in a morning, working predominately with the KS1 classes. In the afternoon you will be expected to provide PPA cover on topic Lessons e.g., ICT, PSHE, P.E, R.E, language studies and Art in the afternoon. Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum is vital.This is a ‘Good’ school as graded by Ofsted, and the Head Teacher prides themselves in the students’ behaviour. They are looking to employ a Teacher who can deliver engaging and interactive lessons to encourage the children to be enthusiastic about learning, ensuring every student is stretched and challenged.
