Job Description

Plasterer Full Time, 40 HoursMonday - Friday 08.00 - 16.30This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, long standing Building & Property Services Business based in Stockton-on-Tees.   • Day to day Plastering repairs working in Social Housing
  • Full wall skimming & damp proofing on tenanted properties
  • Work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer care
  • Bring additional trade skills or be willing to up skill where appropriate
  • Submission of daily and weekly paperwork accurately and on time
  • Plaster patching properties after electrical upgrades
General Responsibilities
  • We are committed to achieving a high standard of Health and Safety in all its activities and the post holder will be expected to contribute to maintaining standards to ensure compliance with all appropriate legislation.
  • To take a full role in the implementation of personal development through appraisals and to participate in any identified training or development opportunities.
  • Experience of working with a range of portable tools, small plant, ladders and equipment to enable duties of the job to be carried out. A flexible approach to variety. Willingness to contribute to teamwork. Committed to providing a professional customerservice
  • A good knowledge of Health and Safety Experience of working in occupied and or void domestic properties. Ability to record detailed and accurate repairs information relating to repair inspections or completed repair jobs.
Experience & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years maintenance experience
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualification, or equivalent essential
  • Time served - preferable
  • Full UK Driving License
