Job Description

Full Time, 40 HoursMonday - Friday 08.00 - 16.30As a successful candidate you will have experience working as a Multi Skilled Joiner preferably with a social housing background.The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to carry out 1st Fix and 2nd Fix Joinery on both void and occupied properties
  • Have at least NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in carpentry & joinery and be competent at carrying out other basic repairs including plastering, painting, plumbing, tilling etc
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to follow and understand instructions
  • Be able to work to set time frames
  • Be an enthusiastic team player, working well under pressure with good attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a "can do" attitude and be self-motivated
  • Be flexible and reliable in their approach to work
  • Have a full clean driving license
