Job Description

Catch 22 is working with one of the UKs top Facilities Management Contractors who is seeking to appoint an experienced Multi skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Electrician with suitable qualifications and experience in a similar role and cover healthcare establishments across Teeside.The successful Multi skilled Engineer with Electrical Bias will have the following:

  • Knowledge of PPMs and reactive electrical maintenance.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications or training such as 17th edition, 2391, 2360 (Preferred)
  • A reasonable level of experience in an FM or building services maintenance position is essential, including basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • A Full driving licence.
  • A pro-active attitude and excellent communication skills including verbal and the written word.
  • The ability to form relationships with clients and to exceed customer expectation.
  • Approachable demeanour and a demonstrable commitment to team working.
  • A commitment to continuing professional development.
  • Willing to partake in all building services disciplines.
The Benefits for the successful Multi skilled Engineer with Electrical Bias:
  • Salary around £31,500 - and will be dependant on qualifications and experience.
  • 28 Days holidays including bank holidays.
  • Great working hours, 40 hours, Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
  • Opportunities for overtime and additional payment through on call rota.
