Job Description

The administrator will be providing the following support to the team.

  • Medical audio transcription - Essential
  • Entering details onto the PAS System
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Maintaining electronic diary
  • Arrange meetings via Teams
  • General secretarial admin duties - opening post, filing, photocopying etc.
    • The skills required are.
  • Excellent Audio transcription skills
  • Typing Qualification
  • Medical terminology
  • Business admin qualification
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Admin experience
    • The University Hospital of North Tees is located on the outskirts of Stockton town centre and it is easily accessible via both car and public transport.
