Our client is looking for a 1st / 2nd line Support Engineer to join our team in Stockton-on-Tees. This role will be hybrid/remote with some visits to their Stockton office.What will you be doingYou will be part of a small team reporting directly to the Head of Technology and will be the first point of contact for all IT support issues via our IT service desk, over the phone, and in person. You will also work with their Linux Systems Administratorto monitor their services and servers and will assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise. You may be required to work outside of normal business hours on occasion, and you may be required to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 20 kilogrammes.If youre looking to also obtain experience in Systems Administration, this might be right for you.Desirable Requirements - at least some of :-
