Job Description

The right candidate, must be enthusiastic, passionate, and ambitious, will have opportunities for advancementand progression within a fantastic team.Duties include:

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate new sales leads and opportunities
  • provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions to meet their requirements
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
  • Collaborate closely with the external sales team to coordinate sales activities, share market insights, and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using our CRM system
  • Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What they are looking for:
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and deliver results
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of the roofing market and products is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential
