Job Description

Job Title: AdministratorLocation: Stockton-on-TeesDuration: 12 weeks initially - possibility to go perm Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday: 08:00am - 16:30pm Salary: £11.28phRoles and responsibilities

  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
  • Working in an office.
Skill and experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Have excellent communication skills and be confident speaking to clients and colleagues face to face, over the telephone and by email
  • Excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Be able to demonstrate your initiative to solve problems
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to a busy and varied role
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self- motivated
