Job Description

Inbound Sales Executive, Salary: £22-25k, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life insurance and lots of other benefits and career opportunities. Location: Stockton-on-TeesWe have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Inbound Internal Sales Executive to work for dynamic and market leader in portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions. The role can offer excellent career progression opportunitiesfor the right candidate. Applicants will need to have telephone sales experience and excellent customer service skills. A full induction and training programme will be provided.This role would suit candidates with experience as an Inbound Sales Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Telesales Executive, Lead Generator or similar.Inbound Sales Executive - The role

  • · Deal with all inbound sales related activities which include, customer calls, emails, live chat function and website leads.
  • · Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, team KPI’s
  • · Ensure all hire, sales, transportation and service contracts are entered onto the company’s systems and deal with any issues raised.
  • · Forge strong relationships and communication levels with all inbound sales customers and internal operation teams at both the support centre and at branch level.
  • · Supply prices in line with company price policy
Candidate requirementsThe ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to successfully close sales over the phone.
