University Hospital of Hartlepool, Holdforth Road, Hartlepool,TS24 9AHThe University Hospital of Hartlepool provides patients with a wide range of diagnostic services and outpatient clinics, day case and low risk surgeryGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To ensure that all the computers, laptops, printers, interactive whiteboards, audio and other ICT hardware are working to their maximum potential; ensuring that all problems are fixed quickly and efficiently.
  • To maintain Active Directory ensuring that all users have their usernames and passwords along with creating accounts and managing user permissions.
  • Update the ticketing system (ServiceNow), ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Logging Tickets, via ServiceNow
  • 1st Line Triage/Fix
  • Remote assistance via RDP/DameWare
  • Remote deployment via PDQ
  • Active Directory Account Management
  • Microsoft OS
