HSEQ ManagerFacilities Management Location: North East Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 + Company CarMy client who are a market leading FM company are currently recruiting for a HSEQ Manager to provide high quality, competent and specialist Health, Safety and Environment support to selected contracts and sites within a dedicated Business Unit.Main Accountabilities:Support all allocated contracts with developing, tracking and delivering their HS&E ObjectivesSupport all local Operational staff in the development and maintenance of the HS&E controls in order to ensure the implementation of appropriate management systems. Liaise with local customers and third party organisations as necessary.Provide specialist support to bid development on request and assist in the phase-in and phase-out of contracts.Ensure that all incidents, accidents and other HS&E data and information is entered on relevant enterprise applications. All information to be timely entered and accurate in accordance with agreed reporting procedures.Provide specialist SME support within a particular discipline where nominated, and deliver this on a Business Unit basis or wider if required .Support or lead accident/Incident investigations as required in order to determine root cause/sAssist, support and help to maintain essential contract compliance documentation and ISO certification and co-ordinate compliance audits (undertaken by others) on nominated sites as per the agreed risk based audit plan to ensure compliance to regulatoryand other requirementsWhat you need to do the job:Qualifications:Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Health and Safety.Preferably would hold a Food Safety Level 3 or above qualification.Should belong to a related professional organisation at an appropriate level. The preferred level being graduate or chartered member of IOSH (or equivalent), or IEMA, and have experience inoperating within regulated workplace environments.Ideally should be maintaining CPD or working towards this.Experience:Previous experience of service delivery on contracts.Previous experience in facilities services and/or the Healthcare EnvironmentBe familiar with the adoption of HS&E management policies, standards, processes and procedures.
