Job Description

Up to £23,000 (commensurate on experience) plus 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, Contributory pension scheme, Life assurance and a range of other sensational benefits.This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Co-ordinator to work in a fast paced Shared Services team. Reporting to the HRSS Manager, this role will be responsible for administering transactional activity, providing an accurate, efficient and consistent administrativefunction.This HR Co-ordinator role will ensure all integrity with the system data and being flexible and adaptable to all elements of the employee lifecycle. This role is integral to the wider HRSS function, supporting with process and policy enhancement along withsupporting all elements of the employee lifecycle.This role is very fast paced, working within strict SLA agreed timeframes. We believe there is no greater purpose than serving and safeguarding customers, communities,and people in todays world. HR Co-ordinatorRole Responsibility: Key Objectives:

  • Effective Management & work allocation from the Shared Services mailbox, ensuring a prompt and accurate response is provided within 3 working days
  • Supporting all elements of restructuring and supporting with wider HR matters
  • Supporting of central mailboxes, responding to inquiries and issues raised by management and administration employees, ensuring an appropriate and suitable solution to the issue raised within allocated SLA timeframes, escalating to the appropriate manageror HRBP if required
  • Providing a dedicated administration service to the wider HR management & business partner team
  • Supporting projects within the HR Shared Service function, supporting and advising the Employee Services team
  • Managing all administrative activity for Risk management & Consultancy businesses, maintaining excellent working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Overall responsibility of DSARs requests, ensuring compliance with legislation and liaising with other functions (eg Legal) where required
  • Management and administration of all company benefit schemes, including the addition of allowances to employee records
  • Administration of HR Calendar activities, including pay review, PMI renewal and bonus payments
  • First point of escalation for wider functions within the business, particularly Payroll and Ops Support, to aid in the payroll running cycles
The ideal HR Co-ordinator: Skills and Knowledge:Essential:
  • Strong Human resources administration skills, previously gained in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience working in a customer service/service focused environment
  • Exceptional Eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentality
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, dealing with employees and managers
  • Good understanding of HR administrative practices including contract generation
  • A good understanding of GDPR in practice
  • Proficient in the use of Google Suite
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in working in an HR Shared service
  • Previous experience of creating and developing processes within an HR administration background.
  • Previous working experience of Oracle
