This is a permanent role supporting a large HR function for a global HR organisation in Stockton.Client DetailsGlobal FTSE businessDescription- Develop a suite of HR MI and dashboards as required to drive improvements across key performance indicators for HR - Provide effective analysis of data, clearly articulating observations, trends and recommendations- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand and deliver reporting requirements - Proactively review and analyse data - Identify system improvements or opportunities for different methods of utilising the system to drive increased efficiencies - Identify areas of training requirements from analysis of data- Analyse and interpret complex data sets - Analyse workforce data to provide insight into target population to inform resourcing- Develop and support reporting processes- Monitor and audit data quality- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content- Provide support in effective use of the system - Provide reporting of compliance including H&S and mandatory training- Utilise reporting to ensure compliance with defined methods of operating and system processes- Comply with all legislative and statutory requirements and support audits as requiredProfileYou will have experience of working on a variety of Hr systems in an analyst capacity.You will create and deliver HR reporting and dashboards as required by key stakeholders. You will also provide analysis, clearly articulating trends, opportunities, and recommendations in order to drive improvement and efficiencies across all key HR performance indicators.
