The service is designed as a recovery village and we encourage users of our service to help themselves to a brew, watch TV, read magazines or play games whilst they wait for their appointment.Our team is made up of many skilled staff working together – including our Operational Managers, a Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurses, Recovery Coordinators, NMPs, Peer Mentors, and local GPs and Pharmacists. As a Health and Wellbeing nurse in the team, you will assess, screen, plan and deliver care to those with not only substance misuse issues but may also mental and physical health concerns. To focus on recovery people need to be as well as they can be, therefore you will play a key part in developing and delivering our healthcare offer whilst working flexibly within the team to establish what else is needed to have the most positive impact for people who use our service, their families and the wider community.At Change Grow Live services no two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual being curious, a good listener and having an intuitive approach are essential.
