Job Description

French speaking Customer Relations & Sales AssociateThe RoleYou will have responsibility for:

  • Providing excellent customer service; acting as the first point of contact into the business to respond to and convert enquiries generated from direct marketing
  • Following up leads, delivering product demos, and demonstrating value to customers to achieve sales conversion targets
  • Ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the overall customer experience; providing daily support and engaging content to grow our subscribed customer base
  • Capture and track feedback from customers in line with agreed processes to ensure products and customer experience are developed in line with demand
  • Create marketing content and collaborate with staff in other departments to share ideas and define new strategies
  • Explore new partnerships with third parties with the aim of increasing the visibility of our brand across different channels and audiences
  • Support the accounts payable department to minimise delay in payment
    • About YouYou will have:
  • Native-level written and spoken language skills in French. Good written and spoken level in English with the ability to translate and converse at business level
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Demonstrable experience in a customer facing role (and preferably sales lead conversion)
  • Demonstrable experience in a sales and marketing role (and preferably direct marketing experience)
  • Ability to take initiative to solve problems, and take responsibility for own workload
  • Strong customer mindset - confidence to engage customers over all channels including the phone
  • Ability to develop a clear understanding of customer behaviour and needs
  • Initiative to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Previous experience gained within a French business, and knowledge of company accounts and business structure would be beneficial. Required skills
