Job Description

Blair West is working alongside a tech business based in Stockton as they look to add a Junior FC to their finance team. This would suit an individual looking for their first FC role moving up from a Senior MA/FBP type position.Reporting into the FD, youwill be tasked with the following duties: The opportunity:

  • Mentor, lead and inspire various roles within finance through regular 121s, quarterly reviews, personal development plans and team meetings.
  • Responsible for owning the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for multiple cost centres in the group.
  • Produce accurate management accounts and deliver timely, accurate and insightful information to key stakeholders and the wider business to drive optimum decision making. Full understanding of all elements of revenue and costs for the three business unitsas well as developing understanding of other divisions.
  • Consolidate the accounts monthly.
  • Compile budgets and forecasts for the divisions noted above.
Youll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have the following:
  • CIMA Part Qualified / Qualified
  • Knowledge of IFRS standards
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
