We work in a variety of sectors including electrical, mechanical, construction and passive fire protection boosting our portfolio of expertise to maximise workopportunities.As a family run business, we pride ourselves on the most forward-thinking work culture, we understand our team are vital to our success therefore put you in the best position to grow and become the best version of yourself.Duties:- Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials required- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating purposes- Review and evaluate subcontractor quotes and proposals- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options- Create detailed take-offs and quantity surveys- Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentationQualifications:- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs- Proficient in using estimating software and tools- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Effective communication skills, both written and verbalIf you share our pride and vison for excellence apply now!
