Job Description

Linthorpe Beds have an excellent opportunity for a permanent, full time customer service administrator to join our growing and dedicated team in our website department. We are a long-standing family run business with 3 retail stores and 2 fast growing websites.We work with some of the best brands within the bedding industry in the UK and have been both winner and finalists for bed retailer of the year’ and retail champion of the year’ for the past 3 years respectively.As customer service administrator you will be fielding nationwide calls and emails regarding enquiries into standard and bespoke products, through to after sale care providing the ability to showcase your superior customer service skills by:

  • Answering calls and emails, taking orders and answering a variety of queries.
  • Inputting orders and information onto our CRM.
  • Communicating with customer, suppliers and colleagues efficiently both written and verbal.
  • Ad hoc help with logistics administration and communication with couriers.
Experience and Skills:Minimum 2 years of administration and customer service experienceExcellent computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft office software, emails and administrative toolsAttention to detail is essential.A positive and professional attitude towards work and colleagues.A high level of written and verbal communication is essential.Working pattern & pay: 5 days out of 7 (working alternate weekends)8 hour shifts (6 hours on Sundays at double rate of pay)Salary between £22750 and £25000
