Job Description

About the business: This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company and accelerate your career in Content Marketing. A leading technology company, their business enables manufacturers to Streamline, Connect, Analyse, Level-up and Extend (SCALE) theirbusiness through digital transformation.They provide modular MRP systems, IoT setup, and advanced business intelligence platforms to more than 400 manufacturers across the UK. Championing innovation and collaboration, we work with SMEs and blue-chip clients alike, including Bentley Motors, Ricohand Airbus UK, and recently implemented the UKs first private 5G network into a manufacturing plant. We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager with a flair for creativity to produce engaging content that thier customers love. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing customer engagement strategies and developing written,pictorial, and video content to deliver through our social, email and automation campaigns.With experience working in a B2B technology company, you will have a strong understanding of developing different types of content across the buying cycle and be comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders to generate content. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing the content strategy across Company Products
  • Develop quarterly content plans aligned to business objectives and activities
  • Work with product leads to develop an understanding of the value proposition of Company product portfolio
  • Learn and innately understand our customer journey and how they make buying decisions to inform content strategies
  • Design end-to-end campaigns including content suited to each channel with a close understanding of the customer journey unique to each market/product
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to produce a range of marketing content, including brochures, blogs, articles, case studies, landing pages, ROI calculators and product videos.
  • Contribute to our participation at trade shows and events; suggesting engaging stand ideas and producing content to promote our presence
  • Work with the performance marketing manager to continually improve the effectiveness of marketing content
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B Content Marketing for SaaS companies
  • A natural storyteller, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building
  • Strong organisational skills to create plans and deliver content to hit regular deadlines
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premier
  • Knowledge of CMS and Automation platforms (WordPress, Mailchimp & Hubspot)
  • Marketing Degree or CIM qualification is desirable
