Job Description

Our client, an electricity distribution company based in Stockton is looking for a proficientAdministrator to join their Wayleaveteam. The successful candidate will form part of a busy department which is responsible for maintaining and processing newand existing legal consents, and for delivering high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.Theteamreceive multiple enquiries each day from Land Owners, Agents, Solicitors, Developers, Local Authorities and Engineers relating to existing consents and current projects and you will be required to respond to these effectively, competently and withattention to detail.The role also requires the completion of work flow management system, environmental and landowner searches, processing of land damage and compensation claims and completion of new legal consents.This is a long term role paying £10.16 per hour with hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.40pm. Free parking is available.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answering enquiries from our stakeholders
  • Providing advice and information on legal agreements and compensation payments
  • Providing support to Wayleave Officers
  • Updating bespoke geographical IT systems
  • Updating spreadsheets
Candidates should be used to working in a buys role and possess strong IT knowledge including use of MS Office packages. You will also be a confident communicator ideally with previous experience in a customer facing role.
