Job Description

Job Title: AdministratorLocation/Trust: University Hospital of Hartlepool & University Hospital North TeesDepartment: Rutherford Morison Endoscopy UnitBand/Pay rate: £9.21phHours:37.5 rostered Mon-Fri 07:30-15:30, 11:00-19:00, 08:00-16:00. 09:00-17:00Placement Ref: 41279The RoleCan you bring your excellent administration skills and knowledge to our Endoscopy UnitWould you like to be part of a team that works well together, always there to help each other Would you like to work in a Trust that recently had good in their CQC report This location is easily accessible by public transport and has onsite parking.If you answered yes, North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust would love to hear from you.We have a temporary placement opportunity available for an Administrator at the University Hospital of North Tees. The administrator will be providing the following support to the outpatient team

  • Triaging calls
  • Booking patients for new appointments
  • Retrieving files from various departments
  • Reception Cover
  • Admin & discharge Patients
  • All other administration duties
    • The skills required are
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent customer service
  • Previous experience with patient information system - TRAK desirable.
  • NHS Experience desirable
    • The University Hospital of North Tees is located on the outskirts of Stockton town centre and it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking and additional visitor car parking on Hardwick Road (fees will apply). It has an onsite restaurant where staff are eligible for a discount.
