Full Time Night Senior HCA 46 hours per week.(8pm - 8am)Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant in the Stockport area who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and do you enjoy coaching and guiding your team on Outstanding Quality delivery Are you focused on person-centred values and are you willingto go the extra mile to achieve positive outcomes If so, this is the job for you!We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Care Assistant to join a team in Stockport, working within a Care Home in the Stockport area who provide support to adults living with a dementia and mental health needs.As a Senior Healthcare assistant, you will need to:* Ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents care.* Support and ensure that all tasks of the care team are carried out, supporting them to achieve their potential.* Ensure that each resident receives the meal or diet that he/she has requested and is suitable for his/her needs.* Assist with all activities provided within the home.* Administration of medicationRequirements:* Have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in care* Have an NVQ Level 3 (or NVQ Level 2 working to NVQ level 3)* Have experience in a senior role and administering medication* Have experience in moving and handling and providing personal care* Hold the right to work in the UK (Unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship)This is a full-time role (up to 46 hours per week), a generous salary is on offer for this role up to £29,900 plus other benefits.You will be joining an established care organisation with a great reputation, growth plans and great progression opportunities!
