The business is lead rich, has a great relationship in the marketplace and big plans for 2021. The business culture is one of positivity and trust and the business values and rewards its staff for their hard work.The role:Motor Finance Account Managers will receive 300-400 high quality leads per month. Youll have detailed conversations with clients to build trust and relationships and to understand their wants and needs before supporting them through the car buying process. Youll assess a customers finances, affordability and credit and l manage the sales process from start to finish. Youll look for referral and repeat business, consulting clients throughout and delivering a great service along the way.The package:Motor Finance Account Managers will earn a salary of £25,000 dependent on experience and earn a realistic OTE of £40,000 in year one (top earner £50,000+). Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9-6 / 10-7, Friday 9-5 and 1 out of 2 weekends. Other benefits include 25 days holiday + bank hols, regular incentives like cash prizes, employee of the month, staff lunches for good sales days and plenty more.The requirements:Experience in motor finance sales is required.
