My clients are looking for an ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their already strong finance team,and have big plans for the proposed candidate to progress to Assistant Management Accountant by this time next year, allowing time to settle into the company and become familiar with processes before progressing through the ranks.The chosen candidate will work alongside two qualified senior finance professionals who have a wealth of knowledge which they are keen to share, enabling you to learn and develop new valuable skills which can be brought into practice.Its essential you have at least 12 months transactional accounting as this is initially what you will be focusing on before taking on additional responsibilities including P&L reporting, forecasting, and supporting with the management accounts production.The Financial Manager has worked at the company for around 10 years, and so there is nobody better to train and support you, as they know the company inside and out.
