Quality Control Auditor (Call Centre experience essential) Based: Stockport Town Centre (SK1)£18,200pa Working Hours: Mon -Thurs (10 - 18.00) Friday (10 - 16.00) THE COMPANY:An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Quality Control Auditor to join this vibrant call centre based in the centre of Stockport. The company specialise in generating leads for the Personal Injury and Road Traffic Accidents market and work with a panel of solicitors on a no win no fee basis.This is an opportunity join a company that have big plans for the future with genuine career development opportunities being available.THE ROLE:You will be reviewing calls to validate proper compliance procedures such as adherence to sales training and organizational standards/processesListen to and review recorded customer contacts to verify adherence to department standards and requirements.Actively evaluate call quality through a series of scoring and reporting mechanismsReview SMS and email correspondence with customer to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policiesPrepare call quality reports for management and staff review.Identify trends, issues, and potential improvement opportunities for operationsFollow up on audit findings to ensure the corrective actions are being taken.THE CANDIDATE:You should have current and relevant experience within a similar roleAbility to manage workloadsBe detail orientated with strong listening and analytical skills.Good communication, cooperation and team working skillsAccuracy and attention to detailsTo find out more or to apply, please forward your CV quoting Ref: Grad 0110 or contact us Required skills
