Main Responsibilities

• Oversee of transactional activities performed by remote team in the GBS
• Key point of contact for OEM & senior stakeholder relationships
• Ensure resolution of GBS / internal / external Customer / Supplier issues
• Monitor housekeeping activities as performed by GBS e.g. payments on account and aged balances
• Subject matter expert in allocated function on a rotation basis to ensure depth of knowledge in the team (e.g. OEM, Coupa, Concur, Payments, Statement Reconciliations etc.)
• Accountability for allocated OEM / designated specialism. Work with GBS to ensure any change, backlog or transformation covers any local / OEM requirements, and is documented correctly

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven ability to build strong relationships; evidence of service that prioritises, meets, and exceeds customer expectations; deals promptly with customer concerns in an offshore GBS environment
• Ability to manage & coordinate processes via SLAs through a remote team.
• Able to evidence pride and enthusiasm for product and brand
• Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of business objectives
• Ability to adapt and learn new tools and techniques, and willingness to embrace opportunities for change
• An experienced (3+ years) PTP / Accounts Payable analyst / clerk
• Enjoys change and has an experience of delivering performance via standard processes, SLAs and enabling technologies
• Able to work with multi-cultural teams in multiple countries in a Shared Services environment
