NextGEN360 have invested heavily in industry-leading equipment including a number of bespoke fully automated production machines. Our facility houses a 450m2 ISO Class 7 clean room for manufacturing, and a flavour development and testing laboratory. Everyaspect of our facility has been designed to optimised production and process flow.As part of our ISO Class 7 accreditation, our production suite has between 60 to 90 complete air changes per hour, laminar air flow from the high care areas through to declassified areas such as the warehouse area.
