* Hybrid Working!* Employee Relations experience required!* Fun & friendly team with great progression opportunities! :)Role: HR AdvisorSalary: £35,000Location: CheadleStart Date: ASAPJGA are partnered with a well known logistics company who are seeking a HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations experience to join their friendly and passionate HR team!About the Role:* Taking full responsibility for employee relations casework, including absence management, performance management, hybrid working requests, disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancies.* Supporting and advising managers with HR/ER related matters and on employment T&Cs.* Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.* Supporting the wider HR team with HR project work, policy writing and strategic incentives.* About you:* Enthusiastic, energetic and with a good sense of humour!
