** SALARY UP TO £45,000 **** FREE ONSITE PARKING **NJR Recruitment are working in Partnership with a specialist provider of bespoke self-invested pension solutions to professional advisers, business owners and other High Net Worth clients. They are now seeking a talented pensions professional to join theirmanagement team.The Pensions Team undertakes a range of duties associated with the day-to-day management of client pension arrangements, both Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS) and SelfInvested Personal Pensions (SIPP) including the following key areas:o Establishing new pension arrangements (SIPP & SSAS) o Processing transfers in and out o Processing new investment applications and encashments o Dealing with regulatory bodies (HMRC, TPR) o Issuing annual & ad-hoc illustrations o Undertaking funding and other ad-hoc calculations o Dealing with client and intermediary queries o Record keeping and maintenance of client databaseso Dealing with benefit payments and querieso Processing third party client payments o Obtaining asset valuationsThis diverse role will partly involve co-management (alongside another Pensions Manager) of day-to-day Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) operations and partly involve taking responsibility for other key areas associated with the smooth running of SIPPoperations and enhancement of the Companys service proposition. Key day-to-day responsibilities will include such areas as:o Allocation of work to team members in accordance with skill sets and experienceo Supervision and sign off of work to ensure accuracy of all outgoing correspondenceo Checking and signing off illustrations, including SMPI, New Business, Drawdown and other ad-hoc illustrationso Logging and monitoring all work to ensure key tasks are actioned within agreed turnaround timeso Providing ongoing support and coaching to the administration teamo Using initiative to resolve client enquiries and being proactive in improving the service to clientso Motivating the team and being positive and approachable to all levels of staff.The role would suit someone technical, ambitious and hardworking. Candidates should have a dols understanding of SIPP Administration, and would have been working in a Senior Admin / Team Leader role and now looking for the next step.NJR 14354
