Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-orientated Part-time Administrator in the leisure, travel and tourism industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks to support the dailyoperations of a golf course in Stockport.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established golf course in Stockport, known for its top-notch facilities and exceptional customer service. With a medium-sized team, they manage all aspects of the golf course, from ground maintenance to event planning, ensuring an exceptionalexperience for their members and guests.DescriptionManaging schedules, appointments, and bookings for the golf courseAssisting with event planning and coordinationHandling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-personMaintaining records and databases related to memberships and bookingsProcessing payments and invoicesAssisting with marketing activities, such as social media updates and newsletter circulationSupporting other team members with administrative tasks as neededProfile

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in Xero Accounting Software or Similar
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Good Customer Service Experience
