The solar company help protect the environment, by making it easier for people to install energy-saving products, including innovativeequipment, such as solar panels. Doing this also helps people save money on their energy bills.We’re looking for like-minded people, wanting to revolutionise the way in which homeowners use their energy.The RoleWe are looking for highly driven, and money motivated sales professionals to join our team, providing qualified live leads to our Solar partners.Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, educating them about the benefits of Solar PV systems and guiding them through the sales process.Engage with customers via phone, providing exceptional customer service and answering inquiries about our products and services.Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and solar incentives to effectively communicate with customers.RequirementsWe are looking for an enthusiastic sales executive who is self-driven and motivated, as we put 100% trust in our staff to do their job well without being micromanaged. In addition, we are looking for:Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2C environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.A genuine passion for clean energy and sustainabilityFamiliarity with solar PV systems and their benefits is a plus, but not required.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits of working at Quantum MarketingAs well as working within a relaxed and competitive environment, you will also benefit from the following:Starting salary of £24,000.Excellent uncapped commission structure, OTE REALISTIC of £35k p/aUncapped bonus scheme on all products9:45am to 6:30pm Monday to Thursday - 9:45am to 4:00pm on FridaysNo evenings or weekends28 Days annual leave entitlement (including Bank Holidays)Staff perks such as paid company events.Where’s The OfficeOur office is in SK4 1BS, Stockport.
