What will you be working on
  • Finding creative solutions to clients technical dilemmas
  • Assisting in the valuation of suitable technical solutions for clients infrastructure & networks
  • Helping to improve the service of the IT support team by knowledge-sharing with more junior members
  • Contributing to the collaborative environment, sharing ideas and working with the wider teams to solve more complex and challenging issues
  • Working alongside Technical Consultants, Project Managers and Pre-sales Engineers to ensure the smooth deployment of solutions and services to clients
What technologies will you be working with
  • Microsoft: Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Endpoint Manager, Teams
  • Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Nutanix - if you can support one, you can be trained up to support the rest!
  • Networking: too many brands to name but any exposure to routers, switches or firewalls would be beneficial
  • Windows: Server, OS, AD, AAD, File Servers, DNS, DHCP Im sure you are familiar with these by now!
