Job Description

As Influencer Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brandsdigital presence, revenue, audience growth and customer engagement.You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers and affiliates across various social media platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams, and analysing campaign performance.As an Influencer Marketer your key accountabilities will be:

  • Identify and recruit influencers and affiliates who align with our brand and target audience
  • Develop, manage and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers and affiliates
  • Negotiate contracts, compensation, and deliverables with influencers and affiliates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals
  • Plan, execute, and optimise influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and tracking results
  • Ensure all influencer-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Work closely with influencers to brainstorm, create, and review content, ensuring it resonates with the target audience
  • Track and analyse influencer marketing campaign performance, using data to make data-driven decisions
  • Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure that all influencer partnerships comply with relevant advertising guidelines and regulations
  • Oversee contract execution and payments to influencers
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend ideas to improve our performance
With that in mind the ideal candidate will be a dynamic and highly motivated person, have excellent communication skills and experience using industry standard tools. Key Experience, Skills and Attributes:
  • B2C experience in influencer, affiliate marketing or a marketing degree
  • Ability to manage and build a network of influencer and affiliates with a proven track record of generating sales and leads
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and emerging trends
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Creative thinking and the ability to spot opportunities for collaborations
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • An ability to prioritise well and work under tight deadlines
  • Proactive and able to drive results unsupervised as well demonstrating strong teamwork skills
Beneficial But Not Essential:
  • Experience with affiliate and influencer marketing platforms such as Upfluence
