Reporting into the Billing & Data Support Team Manager, the Finance Data Support managers role brings basic property accounts experience to NHSPS to support the Property Management Accountants (PMAs). Key tasks include undertaking the central billing control,working with the Key Customer Accounts team, resolving integration errors between the companies NAV and Horizon systems, working with the CPMA team on ad hoc projects and control reports and supporting the CPMA Technical & Compliance manager in system testingand UAT (User Acceptance Testing).The scope of the role will involve ensuring that customer invoices are raised in a timely manner with regular progress reporting, that Key Accounts Customers have their invoices issued in line with their requirements, that control and data accuracy issuesare raised and monitored with the wider Property Management Accounts (PMA) team and that integration errors between the NAV and Horizon systems are resolved in a timely manner.A bit about you To succeed in this role, candidates must have experience using Horizon system or an equivalent recognised property management system e.g. NAV. You must have prior experience of an equivalent property accounts role, and an understanding of property managementterminology. It is necessary for you to have experience in the following areas: billing using a property management system; reporting from a property management system; and data entry and management for properties and occupancies on a property management system.It would be beneficial for you to have a recognised accounting qualification, and experience developing and using Automation/Robotic Tools.
