Answering tenant queries
Acting as a first point of contact for the our valued customers
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Instructing contractors to carry out work
Checking tenants in and out
Inspections
Inspection reports
Dealing with inspection disputes
working with professional landlords

We are looking for

Previous Property management experience or customer service experience
Presentable and great communicator
Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
Genuine Interest in Property
