Job Description

Fantastic customer service advisor role in Marple available!Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery status updates.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  4. Utilise CRM software to document customer interactions, maintain records, and track progress on cases.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant departments.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery and achieve departmental goals.
  7. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
  8. Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets while upholding quality standards.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  3. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  4. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  5. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems.
  6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
