Collectively we fulfil two important roles:- Support, enable and coach the software development teams as day-to-day Delivery Leads, whilst managing the team’s day to day delivery.- Provide line management to the software engineers in your teams, ensuring staff are able to progress in their chosen disciplinesWe want to expand by recruiting experienced talent. You’ll share your passion for agile and experience in applying agile frameworks, whilst working as an Agile Delivery Team Lead for one or two development teams, you will be managing team’s of up to 8 people. Some are established Scrum teams moving to Kanban, some are moving to Scrum for the first time, and some are forming entirely afresh around new products.Your role will primarily be to facilitate and enable the team’s success. You’ll support, guide, inspire, coach, and challenge the team, Product Owners and other stakeholders.
