Job Description

New Business Administrator - PensionsStirlingA fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a competent financial services administrator to join a growing pensions provider.This role is working for a firmly established SIPP and SSAS provider who are continuing to grow within their field. Please note, this is not a call centre’ environment.You will be part of an expert team and will focus on providing first class administration to clients and customers, focusing on the administration of new business. In this role you will:

  • Always deliver an exceptional level of customer service
  • Accurately set up new business applications
  • Handle administration of Pension Transfers-In
  • Update and maintain relevant software and databases
  • Correctly log all incoming correspondence
  • Develop your industry knowledge to enable you to handle customer enquiries effectively
  • Attend team meetings
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Ad-hoc project work
  • This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual, perhaps with Pensions knowledge, to join a rapidly expanding financial services group who invest in their employees.To apply for the position, you must already have administration work experience and be a confident user of different software and systems.
