Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator to work on an assignment at our well known Public Sector client based in Stirling.£11.78Starting ASAP for 12 Weeks possible extension37 Hours per weekWorking from homeMain Duties:

  • Creation of timeline plan for committees and project boards
  • Identify and coordinate plan and officer diaries around key dates for strategic meetings
  • Report writing and approval of reports
  • Dealing with phone and e-mail enquiries
  • Coordinate and ensure plan is followed and up to date.
  • Adhoc admin duties
Skills:
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong IT skills Word/Excel
