Recruitment Consultants (All Levels)- Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Burton£20,000 to £35,000 Basic (Depends on experience) + Commission + Car AllowanceThe CompanyCV Bay is a successful recruitment company. Having been established for over 15 years we have several prestigious clients who have helped us achieve over £1m of billings per month in 2021. We have achieved this level of business by working in partnershipwith our clients and providing an honest and professional service.We have two offices (Birmingham & Leicester.) Our Head office is in Birmingham City centre.We pride ourselves on always trying to do the right thing both by our clients and staff and this has never been truer than with Covid. We are like one big family here and we treat our staff as such. We paid everyone 100% of their salary while they were onFurlough and while we are all back at it now, people are only coming into the office 2-3 days of their choice per week.We are extremely confident of the business outlook moving forward and with our solid profit margins, we are now looking to expand the team with the addition of some experienced and ambitious recruiters as well as some trainees if you know any!While we specialise in the Engineering and IT markets, we will consider applications from any recruiter who is hardworking, professional and likes doing recruitment the right way. As we will provide you with all the resources you need!The role.

• Work closely with our team leaders to identify future opportunities
• Sourcing candidates from various sources including job boards, social media, networking, or our excellent internal CRM database.
• Screening candidates through phone calls/ video calls/ face-to-face interviews
• Creating and modifying new job descriptions
• Managing the recruitment process from registering the candidate on the system, to supporting them through interviews, and following up with aftercare once successfully placing them in a role.
• Promoting the company on a daily basis
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients

We use Access as our CRM and have all the major Job Boards you would expect. We use Broadbean for both search and advertising and have recently implemented a new state of the art phone system that records your calls onto the database!We also offer excellent training both internally and through our external partners.The Leicestershire OfficeWe have a wonderful office based near Ashby-de-la-Zouch, which is a traditional country estate of some 2000 acres, centred on the great Georgian mansion, Staunton Harold Hall. Based in the West Wing, which was converted into high quality managed offices.Though you will be allowed to work from home 3 days per week if needed.We also have a smart/casual dress code policy.Additional incentivesWe do like to celebrate our success, so you can expect lunch clubs at some of the best restaurants around. We also have some amazing quarterly staff events which, in the past, have included Henley Regatta, Cheltenham Races, and a weekend in Barcelona.You will get 20 days annual holiday. This will increase to a max of 25, but we do shutdown in between Christmas & New Year which is offered in addition to your annual holiday allocation!If you are a parent, there is the opportunity to work from home and be flexible in terms of hours.
