Office Administrator08:30 - 17:00Monday - Friday£11.44 per hourStarcrossOur client, who are in the Agricultural industry are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Starcross on a temporary basis for approximately 9-12 months. Your main responsibilities will include; answering phones, responding to emails, conductingstock checks and handling general administrative tasks.Key responsibilities:Manage incoming calls and correspondence effectivelyManage incoming emailsConduct regular stock checks assisting with any inventory maintenanceSupporting the team with general administrative tasksProcessing customer ordersExperience required:Previous administrative experience is essential along with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong organisational skills coupled with the ability to multi taskComfortable working as part of a team and supporting in their tasksPrevious experience in SAGE is desirable however not essentialIf you possess the necessary administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and a proficiency in Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply for this role.
