They are a market leading company in 3 continents and work in an exceptionally unique market, with a CIO who regularly is noted as one of the best in the UK. Their backing of the technology and IT function is among the highest in the market right now, and their investment is substantial on this project among others.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Team Lead to join a fast paced, tech forward business who are embarking on a journey to deliver Dynamics 365 ERP across 20+ countries. This is an exciting role and would suit a candidate with experience of delivering end to end ERP systems globally, alongside strong team and people management experience.

Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors, particularly development, BI and support teams.

Decisions are guided by the IT strategy, policies, procedures and overall business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager.

Prioritizes issues and ensures resolution within agreed service levels.

Has formal supervisory responsibilities; sets priorities for and coaches employees to meet daily deadlines

Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines

Uses judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems

Uses tact and diplomacy to exchange information and handle sensitive issues

The crucial experience for this role is going to be around ERP delivery on a global scale and team management. The business has a global template rollout for their Dynamics 365 ERP implementation and theyre ready to begin their rollout journey- what they require is a strong candidate that can support and guide them through this, offering guidance stemming from previous experience and support across the team to ensure seamless delivery.
