Dimensions are seeking caring, interested and motivated people to provide support in a happy and busy registered care home in Stanwell, Middlesex.Stanwell is nearby to Staines, quite close to Heathrow, Feltham and Hounslow. The location is easily accessible by public transport and there is free parking spaces for staff.The team provide support to 5 ladies and 1 gentleman, supporting them with all their day to day tasks, health appointments, personal care, social and leisure activities.Some of the people we support have mobility needs using wheelchairs, all are able to enjoy daily activities and outings and have many interests.If you enjoy planning meals, cooking and spending quality time with people supporting them to enjoy their days, this could be a job for you!You will be part of a team that work flexibly on a 7 day rota due to the needs of the service, you will also be expected to accept sleeping in shifts on a rota."Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010."
